A Project Role is a position in a collaborative project team, created by the user who posts a Project and manages the workflow.  The user who posts is the project manages and may create member roles for other users to apply to. When a user applies for a member role, the manager will decide to accept or not.  Once the team member positions are filled, the team may collaborate and share resources (project files may be uploaded for use of members).
