Here you can upload recordings and fill in metadata (information about the recording such as proper title, description genre, lyrics, etc..).  This also includes features such as "Privacy" settings, © copyright registration information about Creators of a commonwork and Contributors to a  ℗ Phonographic Copyright (the Master Recording.)  You can return and edit (small pencil icon), replace recordings or delete (trashcan icon) at any later point.
