DigiRAMP, LLC (“DigiRAMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through digiramp.com and our services (the “Services”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information you provide:
• Account and contact data - name, email address, password, and profile details when you register or contact us.
• Payment and payout data - billing and payout details processed through our third-party payment processor(s) (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
• Seller and identity data - business/payout information and identity-verification (KYC) details required to receive marketplace payouts, handled by our payment processor.
• Shipping data - shipping and return addresses used to fulfill marketplace orders (processed via providers such as EasyPost).
• Rights and content data - recordings, compositions, artwork, metadata, credits, rights, royalty-split, and listing information you submit.
• Communications - messages, buyer/seller messages, support requests, and dispute correspondence.
Information collected automatically:
• Usage and device data - IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies - used to operate the Site, remember preferences, and measure performance. See Section 6.
Information from third parties:
• Data from payment processors, shipping providers, digital service providers, collection societies, analytics providers, and integrated platforms used to provide and improve the Services.
We use information to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the Services; (b) process accounts, subscriptions, payments, payouts, and renewals; (c) facilitate marketplace transactions, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and disputes; (d) register and administer rights and royalties; (e) communicate with you, including service messages and (with your consent where required) marketing; (f) provide support; (g) maintain security and prevent fraud, including payment, streaming, and royalty fraud; and (h) comply with legal obligations.
We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
• Service providers - payment processors (e.g., Stripe), shipping/label providers (e.g., EasyPost), hosting, analytics, email, and customer-support vendors.
• Other marketplace participants - to complete a transaction, limited information is shared between a Buyer and Seller (for example, a shipping address to the Seller for fulfillment). DigiRAMP hides direct contact details where possible and routes buyer–seller communication through in-platform messaging.
• Distribution and rights partners - digital service providers and collection societies, to deliver the Services you request.
• Legal and safety - to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact us through our contact form (see Section 11).
• California (CCPA/CPRA) - rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing,” and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. DigiRAMP does not sell personal information.
• EU/UK (GDPR) - rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We will verify requests as required by law and respond within the legally required timeframe.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional service messages (e.g., billing, order, account, dispute, or legal notices).
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site (or as otherwise required by law).
