Effective Date: June 12, 2026
Last Updated: June 12, 2026
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds and returns work for purchases made through digiramp.com and DigiRAMP Shops (DigiSHOP), and for subscriptions to DigiRAMP, LLC (“DigiRAMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service and DigiSHOP Buyer & Seller Terms.
A.1 Sellers Set Their Own Terms. Products in DigiSHOP are sold and fulfilled by independent Sellers. Each Seller is responsible for fulfillment, delivery, and honoring returns consistent with this Policy and the DigiSHOP terms.
A.2 Return Window. Unless a Seller offers a longer window, Buyers have 7 days from delivery to request a return through the platform. Some items may be marked non-returnable at listing (see A.5).
A.3 How Returns Work.
1. The Buyer submits a return request through the platform, with photos where applicable.
2. The Seller has 3 business days to accept, counter, or decline.
3. If approved, a return shipping label is generated.
4. If the return is due to seller fault (e.g., wrong, damaged, or not-as-described item), the Seller pays return shipping.
5. If the return is for a buyer reason (e.g., change of mind, where the Seller allows it), the Buyer pays return shipping.
6. The refund is issued after the Seller receives the returned item.
A.4 Refund Timing. Approved refunds are issued to the Buyer’s original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
A.5 Non-Returnable Items. Digital downloads, licenses, personalized/custom items, and items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at listing are not eligible for return except where required by law or where the item is defective or materially not as described.
A.6 Payment Holds. For Buyer protection, marketplace payments may be held and released to the Seller only after delivery is confirmed and the return window closes.
A.7 Disputes. If a Buyer and Seller cannot resolve a return, the matter follows DigiRAMP’s dispute resolution process (see the DigiSHOP Buyer & Seller Terms). After the structured self-service and escalation steps, DigiRAMP may issue a binding resolution.
Please use the platform return and dispute process before initiating a payment chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first using the process may delay resolution and may result in account suspension.
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place (DAP) / Duty Unpaid basis. Import duties, customs fees, and VAT are not included in the price and are the Buyer’s responsibility, collected by the local customs authority or carrier upon delivery. Refusing delivery does not entitle the Buyer to a refund of the product price or original shipping cost. DigiRAMP has no control over customs delays or fees.
C.1 Billed in Advance. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each cycle until cancelled.
C.2 Non-Refundable Once a Cycle Begins. Because platform access and associated costs begin as soon as a billing cycle starts, subscription fees are non-refundable once the applicable billing cycle has begun, except where required by law.
C.3 Cancellation. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
C.4 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges. If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any verified billing error.
Any refund granted outside this Policy is at DigiRAMP’s sole discretion, applies only to the specific instance, and is not a waiver of this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time; changes are effective when posted and apply to purchases made after the effective date.
